On 19th February 2025, the Advanced Manufacturing Training Academy (AMTA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Advanced Workforce Training Academy (AWTA) from Hanbat National University, South Korea. This strategic partnership marks a significant step in driving workforce upskilling and capability development in advanced manufacturing across both nations.
The signing ceremony, held at Singapore Manufacturing Federation, was represented by Mr Dennis Mark, CEO of the Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF), on behalf of AMTA, and Prof Kim Yoonkee, Vice President of Hanbat National University, on behalf of President Dr Oh Yong-Jun. Witnessing this milestone were Dr Zeng Xianting, Director of AMTA, and Prof Kim Taegu, Director of AWTA.
