The purpose of the workshop is to facilitate a new performance benchmarking methodology based on the Distribution Centre Reference Model (DCRM) to measure the operational performance of warehouses. DCRM utilizes a modular approach in measuring performance by identification of tasks in the warehouse and benchmarking each identified tasks with equivalent tasks from the existing anonymized data in the diagnostic tool. Coupled with LEAN methodology, companies will be able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of warehouse processes for implementation.

This program will be conducted across a 12-week period and will include a structuring workshop (1 day), Data coaching (7 days), LEAN tools training (2 days), Result & Action Plan (1 day) The workshop is to facilitate the company to cultivate a continuous performance measurement mindset to improve the productivity.
